“Gabala Khanlar ” tourism and  recreation centre  is  located  in  the southern slope of Greater Caucasus, at an altitude of 1100m above sea level, on the  right bank of the river,  I.B.Gutgashinli street (northern part) of Gabala city. The centre has   been surrounded on all sides by   the forests and mountains. There are  six  cottages  in  “Gabala Khanlar ” tourism  and  recreation  centre and  27  persons can rest  in the cottages at the same time Recreation  centre  mainly  operates  on the  basis  of  Azerbaijani cuisine. It is possible to order the most delicious dishes of Azerbaijan (especially of Gabala) here.  It includes Gabala pilaf, Gabala   bughlama, Gabala  chigirtma, dolma made  from  lime and  beech  leaves,  kotuk doymesi and  many dishes. Recreation centre at the same time is able to serve nearly 200 people.  The dishes that offered in the recreation centre are completely different for their quality and cleanliness. “Gabala Khanlar ”   tourism  and recreation centre which  operates  under the  “Farid” small  enterprise, set up their  works  at the  level  of  day’s  requirements and   renders high-quality catering services to the population with  its  36   staff for  making  delicious dishes  of Azerbaijani cuisine.
