Commemoration of Elshan Damirli, martyr of the Patriotic War was celebrated regarding his birthday

On the occasion of birthday of Damirli Elshan Gunduz, one of heroes who sacrificed their lives in the Patriotic War, a resident of Nij, Gabala, officers of the District Executive Power, District Education Department, public representatives and staff of the school where Elshan Damirli studied visited the martyr’s grave, put flowers at his tomb, honoured his memory and recited prayers to his soul. Damirli Elshan was awarded Medals “For Motherland” and “For the Liberation of Sugovushan” by the Presidential Order of the Republic of Azerbaijan due to his bravery in battles after his death. The martyr’s family members thanked the country leaders for provided attention and care.
