Raids are going on in Gabala to prevent the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
On September 05, 2020 raids were continued to learn the situation of observance of the rules established in the trade, public catering and other facilities most frequently visited by the population of the district related to the special quarantine regime applied in the territory of the republic by mobile groups operating in the region and to take appropriate measures. All facility personnel were thoroughly informed to keep social distance, comply with sanitary-hygienic rules and use medical masks according to the claims and recommendations of the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers. During the day, 43 trade facilities and other 52 facilities have been inspected. For violating the quarantine rules, 1 employee of public catering facility was fined 100 AZN, 1 employee of hairdressing salon, and 1 employee of a gas station were fined 100 AZN each under the corresponding article of the Code of Administrative Offences. A family of 2 deceased was warned not to hold mourning ceremonies. Raids are regularly being conducted by the mobile groups and awareness measures are raised among people.
