Measures are underway in order to prevent the coronavirus pandemic in Gabala.

On August 31, 2020 inspections were continued by mobile groups created in the district. They conducted awareness-raising talks with employees working in public catering, business and other facilities. During the inspections, necessity of keeping social distance, wearing medical masks and strict compliance with hygienic rules was explained to citizens once again. During the day, 33 business facilities and 57 other facilities mostly visited by people have been inspected. 1 of public catering employees was fined 200 manats under the relevant article of the Code of Administrative Offenses. In the district regular inspections are underway according to relevant decisions and orders of the Task Force.
